ARRIVED!
Seals
through: oil, under water, in high temperatures
Seals on: TFE, Hypalon, Stainless Steel,
Galvanized Aluminum
SEALS UNDER WATER
Only co-polymerized PRO-SEAL 34
has M-34 that seals through water. Use it in the rain or
under water. It will stop your leak immediately.
HIGH TEMPERATURE SEALING
High to low temperature changes will not break the seal. PRO-SEAL 34
temperature limitations
are unique. Service temperature range is -50°F to 220°F. Applications over 800°F may be
successful in moist environments, especially as a gasket compound. Test areas are advised
if there is any doubt. Do not heat tube over 122°F. When applying be sure surface
temperature is between -50°F to 95°F and temperature inside tube is between 50°F to
95°F.
SEALS THROUGH OIL
No need to spend hours cleaning the surface to apply. PRO-SEAL 34
works through oil and
water to provide an instant seal.
COMPOSITION
PRO-SEAL 34
is based on a proprietary, high molecular weight, elastomeric copolymer. This
specialty resin is modified producing a sealant with exceptional adhesion, elasticity, and
resistance to tear, shear, stress, and weathering. PRO-SEAL 34
is non-toxic when fully
cured.
APPLICATIONS
Gasket, or gasket repair, fill voids, stop under water line leaks, leaking tanks, piping,
etc.
SEALS PROBLEM MATERIALS
TFE, Hypalon, stainless steel, galvanized aluminum,
ferrous or non-ferrous materials and any combination of the above.
CHEMICAL RESISTANCE
PRO-SEAL 34 is normally inert to solvents and
alkali's. This resistance can be greatly affected by temperature, cure time, and even the
presence or lack of moisture during and after the application. Testing is strongly advised
or consult the factory.
CLEANING
Remove PRO-SEAL 34
from the gun before it cures. This
may be done by using solvents such as Acetone, Xylol, Toluol or chlorinated solvents and
scraping. Cured materials may be removed by cutting with a sharp tool. Observe
manufacturer's precautions when using toxic or flammable solvents. Do not smoke.
LONG SHELF LIFE
Guaranteed 2 years unopened; 6 months opened. Cover
or plug opened portion of nozzle with tape or nail to impede curing. Should material in
nozzle cure, remove nozzle and clean it or replace the nozzle.
100% RESEALABLE
In its cured state, PRO-SEAL 34
will rejoin to itself
if the bead is broken. It will also adhere to itself if additional material applied over
the cured material.
PAINTABLE
Sealing may be painted immediately; however, for
best results, wait 24 hours before painting.
STRETCHES AND FLEXES
PRO-SEAL 34 stretches 350% and stays sealed in high
vibration and expansion areas. It stays flexible and will not become brittle.
SURFACE PREPARATION
Priming is generally not required, except for
saturated wood and wet cement. Contact EPD Technology for technical assistance.
PRO-SEAL 34
sticks to what it touches first, so free surface of dust, dirt and other
contaminants.
Some chemicals or solvents used for cleaning require a waiting period to ensure no residue
remains.
LIMITATIONS
PRO-SEAL 34
is a sealant, not a cement. If a hole is large and/or pressure is to be
sealed, build a dam using
PRO-SEAL 34
in conjunction with a strengthening agent such as
fiberglass, steel plate, etc.
In food process or storage area, a two week cure is required at room temperature. PRO-SEAL 34 is not FDA approved.
Since PRO-SEAL 34 never totally cures, it is not recommended in areas requiring vigorous cleaning or in high traffic areas.

Tip contact is essential. PRO-SEAL 34 sticks to whatever it first touches.
Applying light pressure maintains good tip contact and helps fill voids and cracks.
PRO-SEAL 34 is 100% resealable. Once a joint sealed with PRO-SEAL 34 is broken, just add material upon remaking the joint. It is not necessary to remove old material even if water or oil spill over it or the joint has been closed for long period.
To finish or tool, use a soap solution for lubricant.
Use a standard high quality caulking gun.
The Manufacturer warrants that the product is manufactured according to their published standards and that the product is free from defects.
